RepairKarte

Terms of Service

Enacted: July 10, 2026

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms set out the conditions for using “RepairKarte” (the “Service”), a repair-reception and customer-management service provided by the operator of RepairKarte (“we” or “us”). Registered shops (“Users”) shall use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “User” means a business (shop) that has registered an account for the Service.
  2. “Registered Data” means repair information, customer information, images, and all other data that a User enters into or stores in the Service.

Article 3 (Account Registration)

  1. The Service is intended for businesses engaged in repair work. Please provide accurate information when registering.
  2. Login credentials (email address and password) must be managed at the User’s own responsibility and must not be shared with third parties.
  3. We may refuse or cancel a registration where we determine it involves false information, a past breach of these Terms, or is otherwise inappropriate.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

  1. The fee plans for the Service are as follows (all amounts tax-included, per shop, per month).
Free¥0 / month (reception & records up to 10 per month, 1 staff member)
Standard¥2,980 / month (unlimited reception, LINE integration, CSV export, up to 3 staff members)
Pro¥5,980 / month (all Standard features, POS barcode, sales dashboard, automatic review requests, unlimited staff, priority support)
  2. Payment for paid plans shall be by credit card or other methods designated by us.
  3. No pro-rated refund is given for cancellation or plan changes made partway through a month.
  4. If we revise fees, we will notify Users a reasonable period in advance.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following.

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
  2. Unauthorized use of another party’s account, or impersonation.
  3. Placing an excessive load on the Service’s servers or network, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering.
  4. Using another person’s personal information obtained through the Service for any purpose other than legitimate business purposes.
  5. Any other act that we determine to be inappropriate for the operation of the Service.

Article 6 (Change, Suspension, and Termination of the Service)

  1. We may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service due to maintenance, failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.
  2. We may change the content of the Service or terminate its provision after giving notice a reasonable period in advance. In the event of termination, we will, to the extent reasonably possible, provide means (such as export) for Users to retrieve their Registered Data.

Article 7 (Suspension and Deregistration)

We may suspend use of the Service or deregister a User—after prior notice (or subsequent notice in urgent cases)—where the User breaches these Terms, fails to pay fees for a reasonable period, or where we otherwise determine it necessary for operations.

Article 8 (Cancellation)

  1. A User may request cancellation at any time by contacting our support desk (info@repairkarte.com).
  2. Cancellation of a paid plan takes effect at the end of the billing period in which the request is made. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

Article 9 (Handling of Registered Data)

  1. Rights to Registered Data belong to the User (or to the User’s customers or other rightful holders). We handle Registered Data only to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  2. While we endeavor to back up Registered Data regularly, we recommend that Users also keep their own copies of important data (e.g., via CSV export).
  3. After cancellation or deregistration, we may delete Registered Data upon the passage of a reasonable period (in principle, 30 days).

Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)

We handle the personal information of Users and their customers appropriately in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability)

  1. We do not warrant that the Service is free from defects in fact or in law (including as to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose). The Service is provided on an “as is” basis.
  2. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for damages incurred by a User in connection with use of the Service shall be limited to the total fees actually received from that User during the preceding three months, and we shall not be liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
  3. With respect to use of the Free plan, we shall bear no liability for damages except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 12 (Ownership of Rights)

Intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to us or to their rightful holders. These Terms do not grant Users any rights beyond those necessary to use the Service.

Article 13 (Changes to the Terms)

We may change these Terms where we determine it necessary. For material changes, we will give advance notice by posting within the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

Article 14 (Method of Communication)

Communications from us to Users regarding the Service will be made by sending to the registered email address or by posting within the Service. Communications from Users to us shall be sent to info@repairkarte.com.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute concerning the Service, the Yokohama District Court shall be the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction for the first instance.
