Repair Karte allows the most repairs a month for free. FixyFlow's free plan is the one that sends text messages, for shops with a few jobs a month in the US and Canada. JC ONE FIX is for Spanish-speaking electronics shops and includes WhatsApp.

When a free plan stops being enough
- You pass 100 new repairs in a month, or a second person needs their own login.
- You want customers to get an email automatically when the estimate is ready and when the repair is done (Standard).
- You start taking repairs by mail, or want customers to pay by card before pickup (Standard).
- You want photos on records, appointment booking, or a sales dashboard (Pro).
Every new account gets all Pro features for 30 days first, so you can see which of these you actually use. If you don't choose a plan, the account simply stays on Free.
Common questions
Is there free repair shop software with no time limit?
Yes. Repair Karte's Free plan has no time limit and no credit card: up to 100 repairs a month for 1 login, with repair records, customer history, printed check-in tags, estimates and invoices, a customer status page, online estimate approval, and ledger import. Among the repair shop systems we checked on 2026-10-10, it was the largest free monthly allowance.
What is not included in the free plan?
Automatic email updates to customers, mail-in repairs, card payments, CSV export and parts notes start on Standard ($25/month). Photos, appointments, the sales dashboard and Google review requests are on Pro ($49/month). There is no SMS, POS or inventory on any plan.
What happens after the free trial?
Every new account gets all Pro features for 30 days. Unless you choose a paid plan, it switches to Free automatically and you are never charged. Your records stay.
Which free option should a phone repair shop in the US use?
If you need text messages and handle only a few jobs a month, FixyFlow's free plan includes SMS for US and Canadian numbers. If you handle more repairs and email is enough, Repair Karte's Free plan covers 100 a month. Shops that need a POS and inventory will outgrow both free plans.
