  • Check-in photos you can draw onProPhotograph the item or your paper note at check-in and draw arrows or measurements on it with your finger. With a photo, the repair details text can stay empty. Customers never see them.

Slips, invoices & tax

Tags, estimates and invoices, printed the same on any device

Print a check-in tag when an item comes in, an estimate once the price is set, and a completion slip and invoice when it goes back. Once it's paid, the invoice is marked PAID and works as the receipt. Set up to two sales taxes and mark any line as tax-exempt.

  1. 1

Check-in tags, estimates & completion slips

Print a tag with the intake number on the spot, so items never get mixed up. Once the estimate is saved, print a one-page estimate with the line items and the same QR code as the customer copy. At pickup, hand over a slip with the work done, the charges, each tax, and the total.

  2. 2

    Invoices that become receipts

Tick the lines to include and issue. Unpaid, it shows the balance due; once paid, it's marked PAID and serves as the receipt. Add your tax registration number (such as a GST/HST No.) to print it under your shop name. In Australia and Singapore, it's titled "Tax Invoice".

  3. 3

Two sales taxes & tax-exempt lines

Set up to two taxes, each with its own name and rate (for example GST 5% and PST 7%), and untick "Tax" on any line that isn't taxed. Prices can be entered with or without tax.

Also
